We are looking for a German speaking colleague to join the forming Workplace & Collaboration Support team , whose role is to support end users in the area of Citrix VDI, Windows Clients, AD, Azure AD, Intune.
You can work in a combination of : Nitra+Homeoffice/Presov+Homeoffice/remote by agreement
Your tasks:
• 2nd level support for end users in the area of Citrix VDI, Windows Clients, AD, Azure AD, Intune
• Support of Microsoft 365 services (Microsoft Entra ID, Hybrid Join, Exchange Online, Intune, MS Teams, Office365, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
• Collaboration with 1st level and the product teams of the deployment
• Knowledge of basic IT infrastructure components and their interaction (end devices, servers, network, …)
• Creation and updating of documentation

Language skills: English – Intermediate (B2) AND German – Intermediate (B2)

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) – Skillful
Windows 11 – Advanced
Windows 10 – Advanced
Microsoft Office 365 – Skillful
Azure Active Directory – Basic
Personal qualifications, skills and knowledge
• Very good knowledge of German is mandatory
• Written and spoken English
• You have completed training in the IT sector (HTL, FH) and/or have relevant professional experience in client and M365 support
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10 & 11)
• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Services, Entra ID, Intune
• Experience with Office365, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint
• PowerShell knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of tracing tools such as Fiddler, Netmon, Procmon is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Excellent communication and social skills, as well as the ability to convey complex technical information in an understandable way
• High degree of customer orientation and ability to work in a team
• Ability to work in a team, service orientation and enthusiasm for new things
