We are seeking a skilled and network security colleague with focus and skills in zScaler, to be part of our company and help us to build new team in SK responsible for network and security environments in area of Zero Trust Network Access. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about zScaler and ZTNA, and network technologies, and modern automation practices.
Job Information, Job Description, Responsibilities
- Operation, administration, and support of network and security environments (focus on Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA))
- Administration and operation of network security policies
- Handling of incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Log analysis and troubleshooting
- Conducting root cause analyses
- Creation and maintenance of operational documentation
- Escalation management with manufacturers and providers
- Support in a 24 x 7 operation
Employee requirements
Education in IT
Language skills: English – Upper Intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Completed technical college (HTL) with a high school diploma (Matura) specializing in network technology, a degree in computer science, network technology, IT security, or a comparable qualification.
Experience with Zero Trust products; product-specific certification (Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCA)) is advantageous
Scripting and development experience is advantageous
Familiarity with API/REST interfaces (Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash) for automation is desirable
General networking knowledge and understanding of access policies, firewall ACLs, and group policies
An advantage:
