- Troubleshoot issues and incidents in Linux OS and Windows Server OS environments – L1 level support
- Incident Managemet in Linux and Windows environments
- Patch Management in Linux and Windows environments
- Change Management in Linux and Windows environments
- Creating and continuously updating operating and system documentation
- 24/7 Operation support and OnCall
Employee requirements
Education in IT
Language skills: English – Intermediate (B2) or German – Intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
Windows Server Administrator – Intermediate
Linux Server Administrator – Intermediate
Personal qualifications, skills and knowledge
Concurrent experience with Windows Server and Linux Server administration
Knowledge of Active Directory
Knowledge of scripting language (PowerShell, Python, etc.) welcome
Welcome knowledge of server virtualization systems such as VMware or Hyper-V
Experience working in a WSUS and patching environment
Experience with SCCM an advantage
Ability to work in a team
High willingness to learn
