monthly salary from 1800 gross depending on the candidate’s experience + Q bonuses

Job Information, Job Description, Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
  • forms the interface between the customer and the technical departments
  • communicates and implements customer operational requirements
  • internal and external communication in case of service problems, escalation management
  • Negotiation and conclusion of SLAs with the customer (service level management)
    development and implementation of key performance indicators together with the customer
  • organizing internal and external ‘jour fixe’ meetings and service reviews
  • initiating the optimization of issues relating to the various services
  • preparation of offers, negotiation of offers
  • revenue planning and tracking, coordination with cost managers.

Employee requirements

Education in IT
Language skills: English – Intermediate (B2) or German – Intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge
ITIL, IT background (network, Linux applications)

Personal qualifications, skills and knowledge

Necessary knowledge in IT ( networking, security applications )
Experience in IT Service management with customer
ITIL knowledge
