- Customer Relationship Management
- Several years of experience in UNIX/Linux Environments
- General IT Know How
- Experience in the operation of complex high available IT environments
- Responsible and proactive mindset, Teamplayer
- Language skills English – Upper intermediate (B2)
- Capability of taking over the lead for parts of the operation

Education in IT
Language skills: English – Upper intermediate (B2)
Other knowledge
ITIL, IT background
Personal qualifications, skills and knowledge
scripting languages (bash, Python)
Experience in IT Service management with customer
Experience in networking, Firewalls, WAF, ADC
Basic Database Administration Skills, preferanbly on Oracle
